There’s also a new web series launching featuring a fun love story set in Whole Foods aisles.
The FWD campaign by USAID and the Ad Council raises awareness about the famine, war, and drought threatening millions of lives in the Horn of Africa. For the campaign, Animax revived “Arnold Speaks” and produced a video where Arnold pontificates about FWD (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u20oCN1gvpg). We were able to use this animated original content to drive social media views and engagement which resulted in over 25,000 views for the video alone. Our sister company, HelpsGood, helped drive over 100 million impressions for the campaign overall.

Even though Facebook thinks the 12 Days of Christmas started today, the actual start of the twelve days of Xmas is the day after Christmas. That said, we figured why not jump on the Facebook bandwagon and share the holiday classic “12 Days of Chistmas” sung by none other than Bob & Doug McKenzie (Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis) with animation by Animax Entertainment.

Animax Entertainment‘s rank on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America this year is 632 – not as high as last year’s top 500 rank, but still pretty good given the roller coaster ride going on in the economy at large. Congrats, team Animax.
